Workforce Strategy - Introduction
This section contains information about the Sector Skills Agreement (SSA) and the Sector Qualifications Strategy (SQS). The SSA will map out what skills the 'workforce of the future' will need and how these skills will be supplied and funded in order to improve the match between education and training supply and employment need. The SQS will be fundamental in how this is delivered.
The SQS will map out the standards, learning and qualifications required by the adult social care sector in England.
