Review of Training Strategy Implementation (TSI) Partnerships

Skills for Care is seeking consultants to review the partnerships which currently distribute TSI funding. The review will examine how partnerships are managed and if any additional services are offered to create a costed model and guidelines for best practice.

Invitation to Tender and Specification must be submitted by 12 noon on 22^nd March 2010.  Please note that bids from contractors currently in receipt of TSI funding or involved in TSI distribution will not be considered.
